Shipping
We ship by eBay SpeedPAK Expedited or eBay SpeedPAK Economy, EMS, and International Mail. All items are packed securely; tracking is provided when available for the selected service.

Service selection: We choose the most suitable service based on destination, item size/weight, and delivery speed. If you have a preference, please let us know before purchase. Remote Area Surcharge: If your address is designated as a remote area by the carrier, a surcharge may apply. In such cases, we may request the additional shipping fee or cancel the order with your approval.
Payment
For U.S. buyers: import duties and taxes are included in the item price. No extra fees beyond item price and shipping.

For buyers outside the U.S.: import duties, taxes, and handling fees are not included and may be collected by your country's customs office.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 3 days you got the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any charge incurred shipping products back.
